Cut Out Choker Dress

Happy Thursday! The last couple of weeks have been so busy as I’ve been traveling and haven’t had a chance to blog, so I apologize for being MIA. I’ll be on a more consistent schedule from here on out.

This past weekend I went to Fredericksburg for a friend’s bachelorette party and let me tell you, it was so much fun! Fredericksburg is such a charming, historic town with plenty of wineries and cute shops. The weather was absolutely perfect and the house we stayed in was so adorable. I’ll be sharing a post on that later.

Now, on to this cut out choker dress. There’s nothing more than I love than to throw on a dress for dinner or drinks. There’s something about wearing a dress that always makes you look pulled together and feel feminine. I find dresses to be an easy go-to when getting ready, as it’s just one piece of clothing. Since it’s fall, I’ve been gravitating to darker colored hues and this emerald green dress seems perfect for the season.

I think it’s so important to know how to dress for your body and a V-neck is always more slimming. Throw on a strappy pair of sandals and you will look pulled together for a date night with your beau or a night out with the girls. When the weather gets colder, you could easily add leggings and a pair of mules to wear the cut out choker dress as more of a tunic.
