If there is one pattern you will see trending this season, it is gingham. It’s a classic pattern that has been around for a long time and can be worn several ways. This particular gingham knot top has a fresh, retro look with wide, bell sleeves and is slightly cropped. However, it’s not too cropped as it has more of a flowing shape but I like to pair it with high waisted jeans or shorts.
I love how the front knot adds just the perfect amount of detail. The tie hem gives this top an easygoing spring/ summer look. One of the things I love most about gingham is that it is a subtle print that isn’t too over the top and is still very feminine.
My usual go-to pattern is stripes as you may have seen in this post here, but this season you may see gingham making a few more appearances on the blog. This gingham knot top is so darling and the price point is even better at only $55! Everyone needs this top in their closet for spring and summer. You can shop it here before it sells out.
I hope you all have a wonderful week and be sure to follow me on Instagram – @thehemliner, as I’ll be heading to NYC to attend the Create and Cultivate conference. I can’t wait to be back in the City and visit some of my old stomping grounds. Cheers to a great week! Xx
