Summer Prints

If you’ve been following along the blog, you may have noticed that I don’t wear prints that often. I’m not against them by any means, but I gravitate a lot to solids so I can mix and match my wardrobe. I happened to come across this adorable pineapple summer print set right before my birthday a couple of months ago and knew I had to have it. Since I have a slight obsession with pineapples and the blue and white print is so subtle, it makes it perfect for summer. I purchased it immediately and selected in-store pickup so I could have it to wear my birthday weekend.

This ruffled wrap top and short set has been the perfect summer print. I love how the wrap top is cropped and has a cute ruffle hem at the top, plus it’s one shoulder which makes it even that more adorable. It also has a side-tie which gives that extra detail to this top. I’ve also been able to wear it with denim and white jeans. It’s pretty versatile for summer. I also love these shorts and they are so comfortable. They have a high-waist, which is very much on trend and creates a flattering silhouette. The subtle ruffles on the shorts, creates an appearance of a skirt. It’s fun, flirty, and very figure flattering. This summer print set has been the perfect outfit for this season.
